What started through their extensive experience in hospitality quickly became a dream for Andrew Joel and Philip Heberling. Discovering their joint passion, they decided to set out to "reinvent sparkling mineral water" and create an iconic Australian brand, labelled LyonviL. 

The benefits of mineral water have been recognised for millenia, LyonviL has delivered these in a bottle with striking presence. Most mineral water consumed is shipped from overseas, but through years of research and taste testing, we discovered the tastiest and healthiest water right on our doorstep in the heart of Victoria.

Making a difference in the world through the creation of conscious consumables became the driver in delivering a product that is healthy, delicious and sustainable.
